"A good place for those who wants to go Disneyland or Disneysea. They provide shuttle bus. And it is link to the Shin-Urayasu train station. Very convenient. Shopping centres are just at the train station. "

"Conveniently located near Tokyo Disney. We only stayed one night and we found the hotel clean, comfortable and convenient. Compared to the other hotels we used in Tokyo this room was very spacious with two twin beds. We didn't opt for their breakfast or use the shuttle service since we had quite a few bags."

"MyStays Shin-Urayasu more than met our expectations. While not a five-star facility, our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant that serves a very good breakfast that includes Japanese and Western selections. Unfortunately, it's not open for lunch or dinner. But, the Shin-Urayasu train station is just a 20-minute leisurely walk away. There is an Aeon Mall with a food court and several other "sit down" and fast food restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the train...

"Room was SPECTACULAR! It was exceptionally clean and amenities were awesome. Just steps away from Ikspiari shopping center was a definite plus and the free shuttle service to and from the parks was a nice touch. Hotel delivery service was top notch as well as the bus service going to Haneda airport. The staff overall were so nice and just added that Disney magic that I needed during my trip. The Konbini and merchandise store inside were also fantastic. Will definitely stay here again"

"Stayed for 5 days in October and loved it! The property is very conveniently located near the tarin line and the main area of Nishikasai (~5 minute walk) with lots of shops (including laundromats) and restaurants nearby. The owners were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, even providing and insisting I take an umbrella on rainy days! Would absolutely come back and stay again"

"We have two under 3s and the Japanese tatami mat room was perfect for them! Breakfast was amazing too, we can also rent an Onsen for an hour to go in as a family daily. We loved how close it was to Disney resort as well. The only downside was the cleaners I’ve lost a few things but the staff especially Jasmine was such a sweet and caring person I can’t wait to stay there again. Truly recommend for family with small kids "
