Loved everything about our stay! The service was top-notch, and the room was spacious and spotless—rare for Tokyo. The hotel’s shuttle service to the train station, Disneyland, and DisneySea was super convenient and well managed. We especially appreciated the airport transfer bus that stops right at the front door—only took about 1hr 15min to Narita. Don’t miss the rooftop bar—great vibes and stunning views. Highly recommend!

A great place to stay if you're going to Disney. We stayed here for 2 nights, and 1 night at a Disney hotel (for the Disney Vacation package so we could go to Fantasy Springs). I would rate Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama's facilities, service and buffet breakfast much higher and far better value. The staff who handled our check-in, baggage, and departure on the Airport Limousine provided impeccable service and made it all so easy. Would recommend getting a day pass (can get for 1 or more days)...

The free shuttle to and from disney is a bonus. The hotel looked well maintained, clean, new and has a Lawson on the ground floor.

We loved staying at the Ambassador Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We took advantage of the extra 15 minutes entry into the parks and the home delivery service when we bought merchandise. This hotel will be our disney home whenever we holiday at Tokyo Disney

Loved my stay here, the rooms were really nice and cozy. Makes you feel at home with a sense of elegance.

So close to Disneyland, only cost 1500 yen for a taxi from Disneyland to Hotel.Free shuttle to Disney in the morning. Free rice or noodles in the evening, after a day at Disneyland. Free gifts as well, and comfy beds,as well as nice touches such as slippers for your tired feet after walking around Disney all day.Awesome buffet breakfast in the morning too.Lovely friendly staff.Highly recommend.

A fantastic hotel with everything a child & adult could dream of & more!

really loved the cleanliness and the lawsons also well priced

Convenient to transport very short walk to rail. Also the shuttle is very handy to travel to Maihama station and disney worlds. Stay was pleasant, quiet and clean property.

Very good

Every aspect of the hotel was wonderful! Helpful staff, clean and luxurious hotel, great facilities! Easy access to and from Disneylanf and Disney SeaWould recommend to

We stayed for 7 nights at the hotel. Excellent location, close to all amenities. Walking distance to train station and easy access to airport limousine service. The staff were friendly and the locals Nen were changed as per schedule. The products used in the toilets were excellent quality stuff. The welcome lounge was the main attraction and the staff were really friendly. Free shuttle busy to Disney was a bonus. The convenient store downstairs also made our stay easy.

Hotel was in great proximity to both Disneyland and Disney Sea with the Disney monorail right across the road. The room was magical with added touches to excite the kids! Super comfortable beds & staff were incredibly helpful and polite. Highly recommend.

We stayed at 3 different hotels during our time in Japan and this hotel by far was my favourite. The room is so spacious. Toilet seperate from bathroom. Washing machine was great and the shower/spa bath is nice and big. Big walk in wardrobe for luggage and extra storage space too. Microwave and kettle even the kitchen is all within your spacious room. The room has literally everything you need and beautiful views too. The location was a big A++ for us. So close to the station, shopping mall,...

The shuttle bus to the parks made life so easy The onsen was great especially after all that walking and nice way to start the day also the foot massager was a real asset for my feet Breakfast was great felt unhealthy but at same time magical - make your own burritos, tacos, burgers and omg candy floss Lovely place to stay room was spacious

There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the Disney monorail, but it is quite easy and quick to walk down the hill from the hotel to the monorail station. Unfortunately, one can no longer buy park tickets (with guaranteed entry) from the hotel. This seems to be a decision by Disneyland which is trying to move things wholly online - in not a good way.

Very close to Disneyland (not as close to disney sea.) convenient bus out front to take you to monorail. Their buffet was excellent, many options of food. Helpful staff. Safe trundle bed under main bed was useful fir a family of four. No laundry and no pool. Air con remote in japanese. Recommend Google translate to operate it.

Fun for the kids

The rooms were cute and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Be advised if you want to eat at the restaurants in the area, you may want to make a reservation.

It was nice and fabulous for price
