"Great hotel stay overall. Friendly front desk staff. The shower had a powerful flow from the head so it made that part enjoyable. The duvet cover I don't believe was changed as it had hair all over it. Otherwise, it was a good stay."

"We traveled for our daughter's graduation from Cornell. The winter ceremony was literally across the street. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The view of the tower and campus from our window was beautiful. However, the brunch buffet at Taverna Banfi was just okay, and the service could have been better. "

"Everything was great except for the temperature in rooms. The floors are extremely cold and the thermostat wouldn’t go higher than 73F but felt much colder . got very called at night. The parking is super easy and convenient. They let us park two cars with no charge. "
