"Parking lot has a lot of construction debris and was a bit hard to find a space. Literally had to drive around bathtubs and get out of the car to move derelict office chairs to navigate the parking lot. Difficulty checking in when we originally showed up because nobody was at the front desk. We waited for 20 mins and decided to leave for dinner, and unfortunately couldn't get ready in the hotel as planned. Considered getting another hotel but checked back and someone was working there this time. The room sadly was not super impressive. Many things worn out and broken, especially the beds, bathroom fixtures. Lots of noise outside our window at 5am, no way to block light from coming in the windows made for a bad sleep. "

"The room was spectacular for under $200 The View amazing king size bed extremely clean full bedroom chair couch computer desk 10x15 picture window hot tub and pool were spotless pool room staff amazing I incredible price to value worth it going back 100%"

"The location is perfect! Its the closest hotel to Niagara Falls State Park. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They have a 24/7 coffee/tea area and access to a microwave. "
