"Unfortunately we arrived to an uncleaned apartment so couldn’t relax and unpack after our journey and had to vacate once the cleaner arrived. Management were helpful in coordinating this but it was frustrating especially arriving with 2 children. The next day there was no water at all so couldn’t brush our teeth or shower, which we were told was a municipality issue due to recent mudslides. "It’s a good hike up from public transport/parking but the staff were super friendly and helped carry our bags up. The views are incredible, it’s incredibly quiet especially during sunrise to sit with a coffee. "

"It's a bit tricky to find but once you do, you're in for a treat. The suite was large with breathtaking views and it's not in the hustle bustle part of the city. You can still easily walk to shopping and beaches. We loved the suite and the staff and included breakfast were amazing."
