"Hotel is miles from Honfleur and on an industrial park. First room offered was on ground floor where window opened onto cars parked outside. So we asked to move. Next room had broken air con so once again we had to ask to move. Third room had broken door lock - we had to be given the key rather than card key. The toilet lid fell off whilst we were there. All three rooms looked basic and rather tired. One small shower towel per person provided. A picture on the walls would be a nice touch. Staff...

"The hotel is very convenient for the old town and is just minutes alj from the Gros Horloge. We had a room overlooking the courtyard which was very quiet and beautifully furnished. The spa is quite amazing for a hotel facility. The staff were all very charming and helpful. We had a most enjoyable 3 night stay. "
