"The hotel is very large with many guests. Our room itself is spacious. Onsen is comfortable but there's not much view. It's a quiet area, besides the Onsen Jinku, there's not much to see. But overall, the experience is good."
"Blood stain on sheets, chair broken, smokers on non-smoking floor, mattress & pillows hard as bricks, room adjacent to main road so noisy, no dining, breakfast is a cold bento box.
Good shower and staff."
"The staff was really helpful and helped me with the lock and ordered a taxi for me. I just use it for one night and I wanted it to be close to the airport. the limited options without a car was a lot less important to me than the nice mattress abd the non smoking policy."
"Room is clean, spacious and has a nice panoramic view of Nagasaki harbour. This hotel has separate indoor and outdoor onsen, and is 5 minutes drive to Mt Inasa observatory and 10 minutes from Nagasaki Station. "
" The breakfast and dinner are very delicious with great variety of foods . The rooftop onsen provides fantastic good view on the whole city of Nagasaki"
