"Self serve breakfast is made up of instant korean noodles which you have to cook yourself, and coffee. No full size bath towels provided, only face towels were there. Other than that, it's a great location near the airport and lots of eating places nearby, very close to bus and train station."

"I would not come back to this hotel. The staff was somewhat weird and even smirked when he said the lost key would cost me 20,000 won. It felt very unprofessional. The hotel really needs to inform customers about this policy in advance and train their employees. I honestly think they are ripping people off for just an electronic key card. In my whole life, I’ve never encountered a hotel that actually charged for a lost card. The snack room was disgusting. It smelled like mildew, and we weren’t even able to eat there. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. One good thing is that they have an airport shuttle, although it only goes to Terminal 1. Still, that was better than nothing. I recommend looking elsewhere and avoiding this place."

"Never used. But I do have some dislikes. Upon arrival Information desk at airport called the hotel to send The free shuttle they advertised. The hotel said to get a taxi which I did. It cost me $20. Instead if telling me to take the train only 2 stops. I told hitel they ignored me. Misrepresentation"

"Nice spacious room, robes, shower shoes, and slippers although you can tell the shower shoes and robes have been used before. Otherwise nice. There are a couple restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel so that’s nice. There’s a stove but no pots or pans."
