There were a couple of minor irrating things about the room, like how you have to have the light on to charge your phone and no USB phone chargers (essential for hosting world travellers I'd say). Room was clean and large enough for our family. Staff were really helpful with an accidental double booking. The decor in the corridors is a little dark so it gives the place a bit of a menacing feel. "

"Room temp control was not working even after switching the room. The USB charge port did not work in the room and in the switched room too. Bad smell in the room, which caused me to ask for a room change. The new room fixed the odor problem. Overall, the hotel need renovation as things look pale and old. Definitely not a 5-star. "

"Lovely hotel, guest services were wonderful, staff spoke English making it easier for this non Korean speaking American to understand. The room was spotless and spacious. Beds were not tempurpedic, but they were comfortable. Nice hot water and good water pressure. Large bottles of water are provided daily."
