"I brought cleaning supplies and I used them. (Floors and shower were dirty.) Beds were super comfy. Only one of the two bedside lamps worked, the floor lamp did not, and there's no overhead lighting. I didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep, so that was okay. Quiet, safe area, lots of nice local restaurants. Highly recommend Bay Local. Other guests were quiet and respectful. The distance from the beach was perfect. I would definitely stay here again."

"Loved the location of the hotel to the beach, enjoyed the Catch 31 restaurant and the indoor pool. I did feel that the guest bathroom needed upgrades especially the shower. In addition, the TV guide service is outdated."

In addition, this place seems to attract a remarkably well-mannered clientele: no loud music, no slamming doors, just people having a lovely vacation. I will definitely be back"

"Rosemary is a gem who is very sweet and kind!! She paid extra attention to my service dogs who I’m extremely attached to which meant a lot to me. The rooms were nice and clean and I look forward to going back to this hotel."
