"The staff was sooooooo nice from beginning to end. Breakfast was good. I wish there was a porridge or pre-made oatmeal available for my toddler otherwise we enjoyed the waffles. The hotel was clean, smelled good and was comfortable. Parking is super convenient and available"

"Again, our bathroom was filthy had to clean tub ourselves. We could not receive additional wash cloths as there was none. The washcloths we received were filthy dirty and actually had handprints on them. The staff was incredible. They provided great customer service and upon hearing about the state of our room, my stay was already comped. For this reason, I would definitely give them another chance."

"We asked for a refund because the rooms were filthy, the tub was dirty, it smelled terrible, and we had to ask them to remove the wet floor sign from blocking the elevator door just so we could use it to take our toddler up in a stroller while we were unpacking, and so my son who is an active service member could take all of his stuff needed for his first duty station up with him. We had to buy pillows because what they had was the equivalent of a folded up sheet, and house keeping never came to the room to replenish towels or take out trash. I would give no stars if possible. The picture that they posted on their web site for a beach view was a lie, that was a picture a neighboring home. "

"The location by the Chesapeake Bay Beach was nice. My room was not the cleanest but manageable. The breakfast only offered pancakes and cereal. The place could most definitely use a little upgrade and updating. But I'm pretty sure with that being said the rates will go up as well."
