"Gorgeous hotel, clean and friendly and helpful staff. The only note is they don't have fans or air conditioning in the rooms or screens on the windows. The weather was in the 70s when we went so it was pleasant."

"Room was very clean. Had a proper office chair, which would be ideal for doing extended work at the desk. My favorite feature of this property was the second-floor terrace, which had comfortable seating and a good view of the Santuario de la Virgen de los Remedios. I spent hours there reading a book and admiring the view of the Santuario. "
"No ac and front desk staff were terrible about opening the parking gate when you leave and enter. Would have us waiting at the gate for minutes even after honking. Would recommend upgrading to an automatic system "

"This property is very pretty , I love the installation and the staff was friendly and polite, the only disappointment was there’s no coffee in the rooms, or complimentary coffee , and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8 so we have to get dressed and go to the Oxxo instead of enjoying a cup of coffee in the beautiful poolside terrace , I hope that change and make a package that includes breakfast so we can come back next year, but I do recommend the hotel, is safe and clean "

La tina de hidromasaje es un plus que pueden aprovechar.

"La habitacion estaba en buenas condiciones, sin embargo la informacion sobre la condivion de pet friendly es falsa, despues de reservar y llegar al hospedaje nos dijeron que no era pet friendly y del cargo por mascota que indicaban nos querian cobrar el doble, terminamos por no aceptar y pagando mas de lo que decua el anuncio pero no el doble. "

"All good things here. Rooms are clean, spacious and modern. Desk and housekeeping staff always kind and helpful. Wonderful rooftop restaurant with views of city and distant mountains and elegant table side preparation of several dishes. Finish with Crepes Suzette for an amazing desert and show. Le Pain Quotidian is another dining option right next door. We usually went in for coffee and pastry but had full breakfast on one occasion, which was excellent. Very nice big park with water features, walking paths, athletic track, benches and picnic tables. Not walkable to Centro, but easy $4 Uber. I know I am leaving a lot out - can't say enough good things about this Radisson Hotel. Expectations exceeded. "
