"This apartment itself was nicely decorated, clean, and very cozy. There was some problems initially with wifi the night I checked in, but the owner was quick to fix and it worked great the rest of the time. The area was in a convenient location close to my work, the university and downtown. The only reason I am giving 4 and not 5 stars is due to the surrounding neighborhood, which is older and could use some updated renovations and maybe not in an area you would want to walk around alone at night. Also there were some issues with ants getting into the kitchen, although the owner was quick to offer help with spraying or ant traps. Other than that, it was a very comfortable place and the owner was responsive and very helpful throughout the stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this home. We were in town for am orientation at UNR and it is situated right around the corner. A lot of work has obviously gone into it the house, landscape, and furniture. "
