A Modern Minimalist's Dream- near DT, UNR & FWY

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This home screams Vibes, some place you would want to stay & feel good. Somewhere you can chill after a day full of adventures. Big trees in the backyard where you can enjoy outdoor dining. Very conveniently located near UNR, Rancho San Rafael Park, Reno Sparks Convention Center, Midtown and near the Truckee River dining & entertainment to name a few. You can drive to Lake Tahoe for a day and enjoy Reno for the night. You have 100/FULL private access to the home. You can park on the street in the front of the house (Washington St) to access the house directly. You also have the option to park one car in the driveway shared with the owners, accessible from the back street (Ridgeway Ct). The separate unit in the back with shared short walkway is utilized by the owners when they are in town. The owners may be in the yard briefly to garden. If you're lucky you may be able to catch Truffles and Portabella, their 2 friendly mid-size schnoodles who only use the yard on occasion with owner supervision.

The shared yard is free for you to lounge in with the deck, picnic table and beautifully curated summer chairs (none of which the owners utilize). The best time of day is in the evening when the string lights automatically turn on to transform the backyard into a magical space that we hope you enjoy!

Great house close to campus

The house was a perfect place for our stay near UNR. Easily slept the 4 of us. Not sure where more people would sleep though (unless sharing the double beds). House layout is a little funky, but it was fine for us. Enough amenities in the kitchen and tons of towels provided. The extra space heaters helped a lot.

Nice, clean, convenient BUT not a 3 bedroom house.

The house was clean, convenient and kitchen was well equipped. I booked this house thinking it was a 3 bedroom but it is not, the listing is not accurate. The house has 2 bedrooms and the “3rd bedroom” is a sunroom with no closet, no privacy (glass entry and door) and 2 fold out chairs. Just be aware if wish to stay here.

We couldn’t reach property manager or anyone and the house was a mess with someone’s belongings spread all over the house.We had to find somewhere else to stay

Cancelled Stay

I don’t know why this happens every time I book a VRBO, but I received a confirmation of my booking, was charged for the stay, and then later was told that they doubled booked it on another platform and would have to cancel my reservation. Mind you this was right before a big business conference and we were traveling with our family and a newborn, so we needed to be close to the venue. Disappointed there wasn’t more done by the property management to make it right.

Amazing place to rest

This place is incredible…..is nice, clean and comfortable…..we did enjoy our staying in this place…..there were all that you need to enjoy the visit in reno….I can suggest reserve this place for your next trip in Reno….

A+ Experience

We had a great experience. It is close to everything. The house is clean and super cute. The beds are comfortable and the pillows and comforters are to die for :) great communication with the landlord. We will definitely stay here again.
