"I had a great stay at Greenland Apartment Hotel in Kigali. The staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was smooth during my visit. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance. A special shout-out to Diane Mugabekazi, who cleaned our room—she is amazing, friendly, caring, and always willing to help. I also had an issue with a noisy guest who disturbed us three mornings in a row at 6 am, but Diane helped report it to management, and it was resolved quickly. Highly recommended!"
"First we were put in a room without an AC, so we had to be changed. Then our second room started leaking in the roof and we had to be changed. Then in our 3rd room, my wife and I were given a room with 2 twin size beds instead of a regular one for 2 people. The food during breakfast was always lukewarm, and there were several cockroaches."
