I had an excellent stay at this historic hotel. It was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar and restaurant were also very good. Great views over the surrounding area and within east walking distance of the city center. I would thoroughly recommend!

From being picked up at Kigali airport, to arriving at the hotel and each day thereafter it only got better! Christian was amazing at check in. Great stay

One night stay here after 2 weeks travelling around. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Staff around the pool worked hard to make sure everyone had beds & towels Food was great & view of the city was fabulous from our balcony.

Kind, clean, comfortable!

Very warm, helpful and kind staff. Allowed me to check in very early. Lovely garden area and pool for relaxing. Great views from my balcony. Undoubtedly a little dated but all other aspects made up for this.

It was a real pleasure to stay here. Agnes and Dahlia at the spa are lovely and the services were excellent. However, the rooms could use freshening up (but they were very clean), and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. Breakfast was good and overall, the staff were wonderful!

The property itself was very beautiful, but a little outdated. The rooms were nothing to write home about. However, all of the amenities that you needed were provided for. The staff was exceedingly helpful and was happy to arrange Tours, exchange money and really complete any task that you needed help with. The food at the hotel was good and the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

Good Hotel in a good location

The Hotel is in a great location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was great. My only complaint was the room we were given. The room was too old for the amount we paid. Other than that, all was good. We shall definitely be back.
