Great people, great beaches, off the leash dog beach, good local shopping plus Aldi, Coles and Woolworths all within easy walk of the OB.

Clean room. Spacious bathroom, so huge with rainshower head. Small fridge is good. Generous coffee, tea, sugar and milk supplied.

Perfect stay for a family of all ages

Property was older but so convenient to beach. Bed was so comfortable. Sheets and towels were good quality. Walk outside to the beach. Great gym facilities.

Beautiful part of the world, very scenic, lovely little stretch of shops, beautiful beaches and nature. Local park up the road is very good, and the food we had was excellent also! Only negative is some crime in the local area.
Quite and relaxing but not a lot to do if you want something different to parks & beaches
We loved the beach and the town. The park was located close to town, which was great. Lots of food options and supermarkets. Not a far drive to Woy Woy which was bigger than Umina. Umina had a great feel to it and all people we met were friendly.
Umina Beach is beautiful; the Ocean Beach Cabin could do with an update for the price we were charged.
I used to live there.I was quite shocked by the deterioration in the surrounding area. The approach road to the park has not been upgraded in 20 odd years. It is time that NRMA and the council got together and completely replaced it before there is a
