"It was perfect for a fishing tournament. Price was reasonable. Location was close to the city ramp and Venetian Gardens ramp. At first the area concerned us but that concern went away after speaking to the next door neighbor. Just an older neighborhood of mostly hard working people just trying to make a living. The host was great"

"Nice property, cute little house and close to the springs. It is small so if you have a large family, not a good fit and the refrigerator is almost unusable bc the door cant open all the way to access on that side. Otherwise nice! "
