There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. "There were only 4 of us...but this house could fit about 10 people comfortably....lots of space. The pool was great to take a dip, the location was convenient and safe, and the house was clean and nicely decorated. Downtown Deland is a 5 minute drive and has nice shops and restaurants. "The house and location are both excellent and highly recommended. Our only issue was the air conditioning. We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. So we recommend the property with no reservations. "

"We stayed for 2 weeks and it was very enjoyable. The house is clean and comfortable with comfortable beds as well. The kitchen is stocked very well with nice cookware. We spent alot of time on the patio watching golfers and relaxing in the swim spa. We visited a few of the local pools which were clean and have plenty of seating and fans to keep cool. "We enjoyed staying at this location. We are avid fishing people and being able to walk down to the dock was fantastic. I would update a few things in the Cabin itself, but nothing major. "Arian and his wife are perfect hosts. The place was absolutely amazing. There was plenty of room for 1 or 2 people, with a private bedroom and bathroom. Exquisitely decorated with attention to every detail. Arian is a fabulous chef and gets your day started right with a wonderful breakfast. If I am in that area again, I know where I will be staying."
