"A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "This was the the best hotel we have stayed in during our visits to Turkey, I am gutted it was such a short overnight stay. The room was clean and cosy. The aircon kept the room warm. The amenities were spot on. The customer service was impeccable. I really cannot fault this hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only issue we did have was struggling with parking due to lack of space. Close to shops/restaurants and easy to access motorway. "
