Good enough

The Hotel was clean. sauna and hammam is good but indoor swimming pool is very small. Staff was friendly. Breakfast is good enough. There is No information about WiFi or reception call number in the room. Room Phone was not working. Except these the Hotel was good.

The property itself is excellent. The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is very far from Bursa’s attractions even if you have car you will feel it. The spa service is on reservation which doesn’t make sense. The massager guy is only available for limited time which doesn’t match with their time table.

The check-in process was a complete fiasco! They couldn't deliver the room on time, they didn't take the notes into consideration and we had to change the room again. We had to wait in the lobby for hours for a simple accommodation service. There were serious hygiene problems in the room and especially in the bathroom. The gentleman we talked to for spa and massage services was extremely rude and disrespectful. The only plus point was that the breakfast, it was varied and tasted good.

The staff was wonderful. They were helpful. Breakfast was so good. Location of the hotel was just great. There was only one thing to complain about: bed. It was not comfortable at all. It has to be replaced with a new one.

0/10 This hotel is a false advertisement. There is no spa or bar. Personnel don’t even stay in the actual hotel. The rooms are across the street in a very bad building that stinks. The rooms smell terrible and still they list price options for the spa inside the rooms it’s actually funny. They argued that they advertised that the spa is closed but no where does it say that on the booking. Our “valet parking” consisted of the guy pulling the car forward 2 inches while it was parked on the street and got mad when we did not tip him😂 comical. Breakfast was the only thing that was good

The joys of booking a room at a discounted rate! It seems that hotels reserve the less ideal rooms for this. Room was right next to the lift, so noise from other residents arriving/leaving, not thinking there is a room right next to the lift. The room looks tired but was clean. Complimentary water and tea/coffee was lovely. Called reception as almost no toilet paper left on single roll in room, was told someone would bring more, no one came. Breakfast was the highlight, until it wasn’t. Really amazing spread with traditional options too - it was amazing. Until we both got upset tummies a few hours later.

Bad experience and won’t go back

I had a really bad experience in this hotel. All the front desk staff are really rude and useless. We had to spend first night at the building cross street and it was awful. No water and internet. Next morning we moved to main building. Overall experience wasn’t good at all.

Hotel Bursa Not quite what we expected based on pictures and reviews. Very small room, bed is certainly not king size, really really small bed, i would say not even a queen.. Shower had a strange smell.., not very clean. Bedcovers had stains on it.. towels were a little bit torned. You could also litterly hear noises/talking other guests Good things: very big balcony, although you looked right into someone else’s house. Restaurants and supermarket at walking distance. For one night it is a oke hotel, defenitly not a 4 star hotel in my opinion (but maybe 4 stars means something different in Turkey??) overall it looks like hotel needs an update.. No recommendation for longer stay

Odalar ve otel tertemizdi. Hijyen kokuyordu havlular.Çalışanlar prıl prıl, güleryüzlü ve çok yardımseverdi. Otelin spa'sı çalışmıyordu ama ona bile kızamadım personelin tatlılığından ve çalışkanlığından. Ayrıca kahvaltılık ürünler çok lezizdi. Aşçının ellerine sağlık.
