Amazing apartment, spacious for families!

We were a family of 7 with four children. This apartment was amazing! One of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Very spacious, a good central location with taxis into the main central area. The staff were brilliant, so approachable and kind. Apartment was very clean, loved all the little finishing touches like the lights, the decor, was brilliant. The courtyard outside is nice n quiet and a lovely space. So pleased. Would definitely book this again if we ever return back to Bursa!

Amazing experience nuce and clean rooms central area where you are close to everything in walking distance, Ejdar was so nice and was always there if anything needed really professional staff and responsive and respectful, would definitely recommend this place.

Genişlik 3-4 kişilik çocuklu aile için çok yeterli. Temizlik içimize sindi. Yataklar rahattı. Kimse sizi rahatsız etmez tam bir aile oteli. Güvenlik de yeterli. Evde Ocak fırın mikrodalga çatal bıçak buzdolabı tabak tencere çaydanlık gibi temel mutfak malzemeleri var. Ütü kurutmalık bulaşık ve çamaşır makinesi de var. Tüm odalarda klima var. Ama bu araç gereçlerin son model olmasını beklemeyin. Yeterli sayıda dolap ve askı da var. Wifi mevcut.

Aile olarak 6 gece konakladık.Bursa ya daha önce defalarca geldim.Şimdiye kadar konakladığım en temiz ve konforlu yerdi.Temizlik on numara özellikle işletme sahibi Ejder bey adam gibi adamdı ilgili ve dost canlısı sizi bir müşteri gibi değilde evine gelen bir misafir gibi karşılıyor ve gidene kadar sürekli bir ihtiyacınız varmı diye soruyor.Tekrar Bursa ya geldiğimde yine bu işletmeyi tercih edeceğim tavsiye ederim

Bursa karmaşasında rahat bir ortam.

Otel çok temizdi ve görevli çok ilgiydi. Ailecek odadan çok memnun kaldık. Tek eksiği engebeli bir yerde olması ve otopark kapasitesinin düşük olması. Araçla gittiğinizde Bursa'nın karmaşık trafiğinde konum olarak biraz zor bir alanda. Temizlik, ilgi 10 puan otopark on üzerinden 4 puan. Fakat fiyatına göre çok iyi bir yer bunu da belirtmek isterim.

Ejder Bey bize nazik davrandı. Otelin odası temizdi ve yataklar,koltuklar vs rahattı. Bizim aldığımız odadan olmadığı için bir oda fazla olan versiyona yerleştirdiler. Mağduriyet yaşatacak birine de benzemiyor. Gerçekten nazik ve naif birisi gördüğüm kadarıyla. Gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz ailenizle.

Aile için çok uygun temiz bir otel idi. Çarşaflar odalar temiz yeni gözüküyordu. Özellikle Eksel beye yardımlarından ötürü çok teşekkür ederim. 1 haftalık rötarımızı anlayışla karşıladı ve rahat etmemiz için elinden geleni yaptı. Rahat bir gece geçirdik. Herşey için teşekkürler.

너무 좋은 주인과 좋은 위치. 강력추천해요!

주인 아저씨가 왓츠앱으로 연락을 미리 주셨고요.(숙소측에 미리 본인의 왓츠앱 ID를 알려주셔야 함)너무 친절하셨고요. 불편한거 없는지 수시로 물어봐주시고..집 정원 너무나 이쁘고요. 교통도 편리해서 96번 버스타면 부르사 버스터미널까지 바로 가고, 톱하네 공원도 버스타고 10분거리..담에 또 아저씨 집으로 가서 머물계획입니다. 아저씨와 사모님 모두 영어가 유창하시고요. 하시는 사업 성공하시길 바래요.. 1박2일 이었지만, 해피 하우스 기운받아 갑니다. Abey! Iyi günel. Çok Teşekkür ederim!!!

No parking even though it says free parking

Says free parking but the place is on top of a hill on narrow roads that you can’t park a normal size car. Owner walked down the hill and showed me a wider street to park on so I left and booked another hotel. I can’t leave my car in a dark alley in an area I know nothing about.
