Located in the heart of Mollymook this great home is only minutes from pristine beaches, fine dining and delicious cafes. Enjoy a BBQ on the front deck or take advantage of the incredible restaurants that are all within walking distance such as Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill and Gwylo - an Asian fusion restaurant.

Mollymook has so much to offer for the adventurer from Fishing, surfing, swimming, diving, enjoy a round of 18 hole golf at Mollymook Hilltop course or enjoy a social game at the 9 hole beachside course, barefoot bowls at Mollymook bowling club and so much more.

Please be advised, serviced linen is not provided at this property. What is provided are Quilts and Quilt covers, pillows and mattress protectors. Guests are required to bring sheets, bath and beach towels.

If you would like to hire serviced linen, please contact Scott at South Coast Linen Hire at and Scott will happily assist you with all of your linen hire needs.

Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.

Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.

This property caters for couples and families. No parties or large group bookings are permitted. Failure to comply will lead to loss of security deposit and/or immediate termination. Please also note that this property is Strictly no smoking inside of the premises.

Nice stay

The property was good. It is a bit threadbare but everything worked and the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice Christmas stay. The BBQ was great. The check in process was easy. Not having a dishwasher or ac was not ideal on holiday. Neither was having to byo linen - but the place was as advertised. The location is ok - a short drive to the beach (with little ones it’s not possible to walk in the heat) and walking distance to the shops. A nice trip overall.
