" Останавливалась в отеле на 3 дня. Номер чистый, уютный, с прекрасным видом из окна, особенно в когда , В номере всё очень удобно расположено, чувствуется грамотный и профессиональный подход к организации интерьера. Особенно понравился отдельный столик-консоль для чаепития. Очень удобно, что есть питьевая, газированная и ледяная вода на выбор. Завтраки тоже очень хорошие — большой выбор блюд, фрукты и десерты -- все свежее и вкусное. Хорошее обслуживание, администраторы и персонал очень вежливые и всегда готовы помочь. Отель в центре города, много магазинов и кафе в близком доступе . Отдых удался, рекомендую! "

"Superb hotel right in the centre of Warsaw. We had a swift check-in (and we were early) and room was ready. Polite efficient reception staff. Room was a good size, nice bathroom with full size bath and good power shower. All facilities were superb. Bed was so comfy! Breakfast was superb! Huge choices from hot selection, bacon, eggs, mushrooms, beans, hash browns, freshly made omelettes, continental, salad, ham, tomatoes, peppers, cottage cheese, cereals, porridge, fresh bread and rolls, fresh honey comb, yogurts, smoothies. We also ate in the bar area, great menu and sensible prices, overall we would most definitely return to this fabulous Hotel."

"Great hotel and accommodation! We loved the beautiful high floor deluxe room we got, the service especially Gregory’s..was excellent. The only downside was during breakfast..the hotel was packed and full of people dining which affects the service and the vibes ..we didn’t like it so much. Location is very convenient too. "

"The gentleman at the front desk was fantastic! Very courteous, pleasant and informative! I was able to upgrade my room without any issues! The room was spotless as always during my prior stays here! I have been staying at Metropol since 2024 every time I visit Poland and the consistency of high level service combined with very reasonable prices is the main reason I do not look at other hotels!"

"Arrived at hotel and check in was a great. A nice man told me about the hotel and then went to room. Room was very clean well laid out and a huge bathroom. Came down and went to the bar for a drink nice selection of alcohol there and reasonable price. Restaurant was very pleasant and good variety on the menu. ..something for everyone I would say. Had a nice meal and staff very friendly. Had breakfast there following day again nice selection on the buffet and the service very good. Lobby bar was great and a nice guy called Sebastian was the main server while I stayed there and was very friendly to customers, really nice to see a guy like that in the bar. Pool complex was also very nice and again very clean. Transport good bus and tram stops very close to hotel. I stayed here for five nights and was completely happy with everything. I will stay here again when next visit Warsaw."

"While the room was small the overall experience in the hotel was really good. Easy check in, nice reception staff, great lobby and breakfast, and super location, it being a very nice walk to the Old City and across the street from the Chopin Museum. The Jewish Museum is a must as is the Marie Curry Museum. Nearby Zapiecek restaurant was excellent as was even closer Gaga. "
