Many staff are bilingual which made communication easy. And the hotel itself was in a quiet location overlooking the lake even though there were many tourists in the area. "This is a newer vacation property and theyve been open less than half a year at this point. The rooms are very clean and they provide amenities The staff are very accommodating as we checked in super late and they were extremely helpful. The manager at the time Naoya is an incredibly good natured young man. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a stones throw from the train station. They provided some breakfast pastries in the freezer and some bottles of water in the fridge."
