Great stay for Kawaguchiko. The customer service is terrific. Owner lady is super hospitable. The hotel is clean and rooms are decently sized. I especially loved the tatami sitting area. The Mt Fuji view guest rooms ane roof top offers full view of Mt Fuji, unfortunately it was rainy and overcast the day we stayed.
The hotel breakfast choices are a bit lacking, would recommend eating elsewhere.
The location is close to Kawaguchiko lake and ~15mins to the station. I would not recommend walking...

Room originally felt a bit small but was fine once we rearrange some furniture to fit our luggage. We fit comfortably on the bed but if you are of a bigger build/tall then you may overhang. The view from the room is brilliant with Mt Fuji in the middle. There is also a lot of restaurants and some shops nearby so it was very convenient. Unfortunately didn't get to try the public bath as we were too tired.
