Das Ferienhaus Sonnendeck auf dem Ackerweg ist ein schönes großes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz innen und außen. Es ist sehr schön gelegen, mitten zwischen Reeddachhäusern, einen tollen Weg zum Achterwasser, durch den Wald zum Hafen und Naturcampingplatz. Toll für Hundespaziergänge geeignet. Auf der anderen Seite ein erholsamer, kinderwagen- bzw. rolligeeignetem Weg zum Ostseestrand. Für uns war ein kleines Manko, dass es keine Beschreibung zur Haustechnik gab. Die Fußbodenheizung war für uns und unseren Hund zu hoch eingestellt, wir haben nichts gefunden, wo man das etwas nach unten regeln konnte. Außerdem müssen Kleinigkeiten überholt und repariert werden z. B. waren einige Stuhlbeine locker oder die Treppenstufen der Terrasse oder der Wasserhahn im Kellerbad.
