"Sehr modernes, schön eingerichtetes Hotel direkt an der Binzer Seebrücke. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist überschaubar, einiges ist direkt beim Service bestellbar und wird an den Tisch gebracht. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber größtenteils nicht sehr kompetent. Restaurant-Betrieb gibt es keinen mehr, das Angebot in der Bar ist sehr überschaubar, gleiches gilt für den Spa-Bereich. Der neue Besitzer A-Rosa befindet sich noch der Übungsphase gehobener Hotellerie. "
