Tolle Früstück mit schöner lokaler Auswahl und vielfältigen Eierspeisen à la minute zubereitet. Zu Spitzenzeiten kann sich eine Schlange beim Einlass bilden. Etwas Geduld gibt dem Personal aber die Möglichkeit, frei werdende Tische wieder sauber und hübsch herzurichten und die Tische effizient neu zu vergeben. Im Zimmer wäre es schön, wenn täglich Wasser aufgefüllt würde. Der Kühlschrank ist aber gross genug für eigene Einkäufe (auch 0.75l Flaschen). Das Ersetzen des Schreibblocks hat trotz nettem Hinweis auf dem leeren Karton nicht geklappt, ein Detail. Freies W-Lan ist gut zu haben, die Leistung könnte (gemäss Aussage unseres Teenagers) verbessert werden. Lobenswert findet er dafür den Billard-Tisch und die Geräte im Gym. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel hat jederzeit prima geklappt, die Transfers vom/zum Flughafen waren reibungslos. Das Personal immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und teilweise ortskundig mit Lokalwissen. Alles in Allem eine tolle entspannte Woche Familienurlaub. Herzlichen Dank an Alle, die dazu beigetragen haben!

Leider kein 5-Sterne-Niveau Tolle Lage, aber das war’s auch schon. Der Service ist enttäuschend: unkoordiniertes, unfreundliches Personal ohne jeglichen Servicegedanken. Im Restaurant herrscht Chaos, das Essen ist mittelmäßig und überteuert. Beim Frühstück stapelt sich das Geschirr, Kellner ignorieren Gäste. Der Check-out war eine Zumutung – keine Flexibilität, keine Hilfsbereitschaft. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut unzureichend. Keine Empfehlung.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Steigenberger in Heringsdorf! Es ist immer wieder schön! Toller beheizter Pool, schöner Saunabereich und ein wundervolles Frühstück. Einen langen Spaziergang am Strand bis nach Polen können wir empfehlen und wenn die Füße müde sind, kann man von dort mit dem Zug zurück an den Bahnhof innerhalb weniger Minuten fahren und schnell ins Hotel.

Hydrojet-Anlage im Pool seit Wochen defekt.Hotel wirbt aber immer noch damit.Wasserhahn im Bad mit Kalkflecken überzogen.Wurde während der Aufenthaltszeit nich beseitigt. Nachdem man versehentlich einen Tag zu früh ausgecheckt wurde, sitzt mann erstmal eine Stunde im Foyer fest und kann nicht mal aufs Zimmer. Mal eine Frage, ob mann vielleicht i n der Zwischenzeit beim Warten ein Getränk möchte-Fehlanzeige.Hätten wir vielleicht in einem 5-Sterne Grand-Hotel bekommen. ACHSO - IST DAS STEIGENBERGER JA.

Ich denke es liegt an Expedia, dass ihr nicht darüber informiert, dass ein Executivezimmer auch ohne echten Balkon vergeben wird. So freute ich mich auf eben jenen, musste aber für viel Geld mit einem fränzösischen Balkon vorlieb nehmen. Nicht zufiedenstellend, zumal das Hotel nichts dafür kann und mein Problem somit nicht lösen konnte. Bis auf teilweise gruseliges Personal, waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ich wünschte mit mehr Problemlöser als Neinsagen, aber auch im Steigenberger sind diese nur bedingt zu finden. Daher wurde meine Erwartung an diesen "guten Namen" nicht bestätigt. Das Haus an sich ist wunderbar eingerichtet und macht Spaß. Die Dame an der Bar und bei der Lieferung der Roomservice- Speisen hat durch ihre Art viel von dem Versagen des anderen Personals wettgemacht. Besonderen Dank an Sie.

Modernes sehr gepflegtes Haus mit sehr gutem Service. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit allen Wünschen, die erhüllt werden und ein toller erwährmter Pool. Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war top und auch das Frühstücksangebot war super.Auch der Spa Bereich, besonders die Sauna hat mir gefallen.

Das Hotel ist absolut top. Eine Wohlfühloase in direkter Strandnähe. Leider ist es im Flurbereich und in den Fahrstühlen zu warm und stickig.
