Apartment upper floor (1 staircase), size approx. 30sqm, 1 living room with 2 kl. off. Round arch passageways to the bedroom, kitchenette with dishes, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, radio and TV, shower / WC. Towels are not included in the price.
The apartments are located in a central location of the seaside resort Ückeritz. The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes and the backwaters and harbor are only 5 minutes. The station of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and shopping facilities (2 supermarkets, bakers, etc.) are located nearby. A garaging for your bikes is available on the property. Also a parking space per apartment.
Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

FEWO Kuhn Ückeritz
Vermieter sehr freundlich, FEWO sehr sauber, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden, trotz Kälteeinbruch war die Wohnung gut geheizt & Im Bad immer Heizung & Warmwasser, auch Nachts. Bewertung alles war Top !!!

Nette kleine Unterkunft
Funktional und sehr ordentlich, mit ( fast ) allem, was man braucht ( eine Extrakanne zum Tee aufbrühen wäre super gewesen, habe ich aber besorgt ). Größer als 180 cm sollte man aber nicht sein ( Bett! ). Nette Vermieter. Lage: Klar-Bäderstr., da rollt der Verkehr. Isolation ist aber gut.

Kurzurlaub perfekt
Unsere Erfahrungen sind äußerst positiv sowohl mit dem Objekt als auch mit den Vermietern. Negativ aufgefallen ist nur der starke Straßenverkehr in Ückeritz.

Urlaub in Ückeritz
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Fam. Kuhn war sehr freudlich, entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit. Dieses Feriendomizil kann man immer wieder weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Kleine süße Ferienwohnung
Jeder Quadratmeter dieser kleinen Wohnung ist optimal durchdacht.
Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Eine saubere, niedliche und gemütliche Wohnung. Gern wieder.
