Everything was totally clean. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It was a very nice and quiet place. Planning to come back during summer time.

Amazing, BUT...

There is a lot of positives with the property like, location, environment, amenities like grill, swimming pool, swing, outside tables, wonderful building etc. Unfortunately there are small points, what destroy very good impression. - communication if you want to arrive after 7-8p.m. you have to contact property and inform them in advance. That's OK, but there is no number, you will get it after the booking, there is no number at their website and if you get it they don't pick the phone. I have tried to call there, then I contacted support and also support was not able to reach them. After few hours I was successful. I was talking with the owner? in English, they left instruction in French. - wifi there is wife, but I don't know where. it was not in the room, it was not in the public room, there was very poor signal around reception - staff, the lady at reception desk could be more friendly and polite. It was maybe bad timing and we came when was busy, but the approach could be really better and friendly. It looked, we bother her during check-out.

Madame, Monsieur, Je me permets de revenir vers vous concernant mon séjour à Fonclaire en Provence la semaine dernière, pour lequel je n'ai toujours pas eu de réponse à ce jour. Comme précédemment mentionné, les conditions d’accueil ne répondaient pas aux attentes et besoins d'une femme voyageant seule dans le cadre d’un voyage d'affaires. Je tiens à rappeler que l’emplacement du domaine, en plein milieu des bois, ainsi que l’absence d’éclairage au parking à l’accueil, de gardien et de la moindre présence d’autres clients à ce moment-là, m’ont mise dans une situation particulièrement inconfortable et angoissante. De plus, il convient de souligner l'absence de téléviseur dans ma chambre, ce qui n’est pas acceptable dans le cadre d’un séjour professionnel. À ce sujet, j’ai eu l’accord du directeur de l’établissement Mr Baumann pour un remboursement, et il m’a informée qu’il attendait désormais la procédure à suivre de votre part afin de finaliser ce remboursement. Je vous prie de bien vouloir me tenir informée de la marche à suivre dans les plus brefs délais. Je vous remercie par avance de votre réactivité et de votre compréhension. Cordialement,

Bel établissement

Lieu charmant à tester en été. Pdej très bien avec des confitures originales. Grande sdb, le wc est au bout mais hélas sans porte avec la chambre. Mauvaise insonorisation mais dû à l'ancienneté de la jolie demeure.

Jolie domaine, l'hotel se trouve dans un chateau/ manoir avec beaucoup de charme. Très grande chambre, joliment décorée. Salle de bain Très grande aussi. Emplacement en pleine nature, entourés de champs de lavande, de vignes et d'olivier. Possibilités de se promener et d'aller acheter du vin dans un caveau a 1km. Possibilité d'acheter de l'huile d'olive et vins locaux a l'hotel. Bon petit dejeuner: salade de fruits frais, tres bon pains, confitures, jambon et fromages Grands jardin avec tables et chaises que nous pouvons utilser. Plusieurs bons resto à 2 ou 5kms Piscine non utilisée car hors saison

Wunderschönes altes Haus, gut gepflegt in einer tollen, typisch französischen Umgebung auf dem Land. Nicht weit weg von der Autobahn. Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer Appartement mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten, die im Wohnraum standen. Dort war auch eine kleine Küchenzeile und ein runder Tisch. Die Einrichtung ist auf alt gemacht, teilweise auch neu, aber passend zum Haus und sauber. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage und das ist bei über 30 grad im Sommer schon fast nicht auszuhalten. Es wurde Frühstück im Garten angeboten was uns dann aber mit 12€ pro Person (auch für die Kinder) zu teuer war. Der Pool ist wunderschön unter großen Bäumen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen, parkähnlichen Gelände. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Unser Hund war willkommen.

L'alliance provençale est au rendez vous. On sent une noblesse passé. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite "Bergamote", particulièrement agréable. Petit déjeuner parfait. Lieu à découvrir. On recommande.

Je reserve une chambre dans un site magnifique, arrivee sur place j ai une chambre sans wc, sans salle de bain avec vue sur batiment en ruine. Je me sens arnaqué ... la responsable me dit que j ai pas vue la petite ligne qui indique salle de bain commune ! .. et les wc, c est noté ?

Nous avons été très déçus par le manque d'entretien de l'environnement notamment et surtout la soit disant piscine sale. Nous avions pris cet établissement aussi pour la piscine qui n'était pas du tout utilisable Un spot est resté en fonction toute la nuit et comme les volets vétustes ne fermaient pas, avons été réveillés dès le lever du jour. Pour une escale rapide.

Sejour pro d'une nuit. Suprise de n'avoir ni toilette ni douche dans la chambre et ni tv. Confort minimum. Volets dans leur jus donc jour qui traverse. Environnement tres calme. Petite table dehors egalement dans leur jus. Gite en renovation, ça se voit. Mais même ma chambrz qui a du etre refaite presentait des fissures, des toiles d'araignés. Dommage car accueil agreable.

Erg mooi oud gebouw. Mooi aangekleed. Geen airco en we hadden heel erg veel last van vliegen waardoor je s avonds helaas niet in de tuin kon zitten. Ook erg gehorig. Let op dat de meeste mensen geen Engels , ook niet in Orange! Basis Frans nodig. Wel vriendelijk. Erg mooi allemaal, maar niet om terug te gaan.

Excellent gîte façon manoir, a rafraîchir mais dans son jus donc le charme joue bien. Excellent pour une étape ou pour une retraite loin de la ville. Personnel accueillant.
