After we arrived early they offered a free shuttle into Ubud which we enjoyed..pool service and all meals were excellent! They even provided breakfast before the posted hours for us the next day as we had a tour to go on! Thanks so much!

What a gem !
Excellent vacation stay . This hotel is very accommodating the rooms are spacious, bright and very clean . We had a couples massage with Roni and Tini and they really know how to work those hands . The hotel does have hotel for those who have a rental vehicle like we did. Would definitely come back .

Pros: -Pool stayed cold so it was always refreshing. -Villa was very "IG worthy". -Restaurant staff were kind and the service was fast. -View from the restaurant was nice. -Complimentary shuttle that takes you to central Ubud. Cons: -AC was awful. I was constantly hot and had to resort to the pool/shower to cool down. During the night I slept with a bag of ice on my head, but still woke up several times sweating once the ice melted. -Reception was VERY pushy with booking spa service. Would interrupt us at breakfast and wouldn't take no for an answer. -The bathroom had an indoor-outdoor situation that let mosquitoes/bugs into the room. You have to sleep with the bug net around the bed which further adds to the temperature issue. -Shuttle service was very limited (only 12pm-8:30 pm every 2-3 hours). -Restaurant food was bland except for pastries/jams. -One staff member was highly inappropriate (Felix). During our ride, he went into great detail about his financial hardships and made us feel almost as if we had to give him a good tip or that we were bad people/greedy. He also searched me and my partner up on Instagram and tried to add us both. He liked an inappropriate picture of me from over 2 years ago which made us both uncomfortable. We cancelled our ride with him and he called the hotel while he wasn't working to try and speak with us. Very uncomfortable. I have tried contacting the hotel about this and no response for 4 days now.

This hotel not only is beautiful and in a picture perfect location but the service couldn’t be any better. The staff is attentive, kind, and make sure that you have a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing property; the rooms were spacious, clean, modern with the right plug points which made it very easy. Amazing views and the private pools which came with the garden view rooms was really cool. Love the place !!

Clean and spacious villa room. Staff were friendly and willing to help any way they can. Had a wasp/bee in the room and the staff helped to ‘remove’ it and even spray some nice perfume in the room. It’s tropical area, what can you expect; sounds of frog and crickets all around at night. Breakfast has the same 4 cuisine daily but it’s generous portion. Nothing much around the neighbourhood and we rely on grabfood for some of our dinners. Overall, satisfied with the 4nights without complains.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in. The location is breathtaking, eating breakfast overlooking the rice terrace is an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a private pool villa, which was stunning, it had everything we needed, cleaned to a very high standard every day and we were even provided with turn down service and a night time story which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were all incredible, so friendly and couldn't do enough to help you, they made us feel so welcome. We would like to stay a huge thank you to all of the staff at Puri Sebali, especially Adi, Suka, Desak and Apri. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great service
It’s amazing! From the free breakfast, free tea time, free morning walk (by the paddy fields), free bicycle use, free shuttle to the city. The view from the pool, restaurant, and our room is amazing as well. Room is cleaned twice a day, they give free fruits as well. You can really see that the rooms are well maintained. The shower gel and shampoo smell so nice. They also give out bedtime stories (great gesture, just need to suggest that next time maybe use a better translated one?) If you cannot live without netflix and Disney+ In a bigger screen, just bring your PC, TV is not smart. We really felt taken care of by the staff here. Topnotch service. We will definitely come back here when we travel to Bali again.

Puri Sebali was a birthday treat & it turned out to be a great one! I stayed in the Royal Villa & the room was beautiful with a stunning view of the Sebali Rice Terraces. The staff was wonderful & made sure we had a pleasant check-in. The breakfast was my favorite part of the day with several options & well cooked food. All service requests were promptly handled. It's a 15 min bike ride from Ubud which I liked & felt like a private & quiet location. The only minor complaint I had was the smell of dung wafting in from the cows on the rice terrace, to which they did end up putting an aromatic electric candle in the room! And it would be lovely if the staff sent a reminder to guests for high tea that's included in the stay, we were sad to have missed it completely. Thanks to Puri Sebali & staff for making my birthday a very memorable one!! I highly recommend it for a lovely stay in Bali.

The main infinity pool facing the rice terrace is definitely the highlight of this resort. The staff and service is top quality. We could see that they went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. We had no major issues. This hotel is situated 10 minutes away from the main Ubud centre but the hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the main town (note it is on a timetable).

Worst experience ever! Definitely don’t recommend!
Absolute worse resort I have been to! Don’t waste your money or time there. Visited Bali with my family and stayed at several different resorts in man different locations. This by far was the worse resort I stayed at. I stayed for a few days and I definitely don’t recommend it at all. Service, staff, and cleanliness were shocking. The staff including the general manager were so rude. They threatened my husband saying that they’ve got copies of our passports and our details, calling us liars because we needed to check out early due to emergency back home, hung up on my husband saying he has no time for him. They also accused us of stealing the music Bluetooth device after checking out while we didn’t even have one in our room when we got there. We chose to stay at a villa wanting to have our own private pool. However, we couldn’t even use it due to it being so dirty. Leaves, dead insects and creatures floating all around. Housekeeping wasn’t done properly. The only thing that was getting done was the bed and getting rid of towels. Bins did not get changed everyday and essentials weren’t getting restocked on a daily basis. Our room had a double bed instead of a king which did not meet our room descriptions. Public pool was small and does not really accommodate for the amount of people staying at the resort. We couldn’t really use it because it was always full. Overall, we had a shocking experience and will never be back there or recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for your time to write a comment for us, could you please a double check this issue with your husband first before your comment, here we need to make a memorable stay with all our guest, and regarding for the passport, all the guest to stay here we have a copy of passport because that is our policy for stay and i think all the hotel have a same policy for have a copy of passport with their guest stayed. and regarding for the early check out base on our policy with travel agency you can check before you have a book the room, and here we are understand about your problem that your said you have emergency at your home and need refund money for 1 night and we are agree for refund 1 night, and next you are comming again to need a refund for 2 night and we are not agree yet and need you show the flight details regarding you're back to your home but until now we don't have yet. but we gift you 1 night refund already. and did you know, at your check out time sorry to say we send some collages to follow you and we are shock that you not going to airport but going to kuta right? with much regret to hearing this from you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were only a few guests, so it was quiet and relaxing. Our room was cleaned efficiently, each day. The views were excellent. The surroundings of the resort were kept meticulously clean! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family. We will come back!

it just very very good
love everything at this hotel, I am sure I am going back to this hotel every time I visit Bali. the hotel restaurant is very good, spa is nice, and view is super nice with the rice field. Also, hotel will have the morning walk to the rice field every morning , highly recommend guest to join.

I love the place! It’s located in Ubud but isolated away from the crowd in between paddy field. I arrived at 545pm after a long day trip and was greeted warmly by the staff and cold drinks. They also have complimentary foot massage which I needed so badly that day. Unfortunately they are fully book until closing time at 6pm. But they still entertain my request to do massage after 6pm, which I truly appreciate. The surrounding area is breathtaking as well where the pool is overlooking paddy field. I enjoyed my breakfast at the restaurant with the green paddy view. The room has modern Balinese design and clean. Overall I love the amenities and the friendly staff. I would definitely stay again here for my next visit in Bali.

Heavenly Puri Sebali
Puri Sebali is an absolute sanctuary in the middle of one of the most beautiful spots in Bali. We stayed as a family with a toddler and loved our two-night stay. We booked a 1-bedroom villa with a private pool and stunning views of the adjoining rice paddies. Waking up to the magnificent rice paddy views every morning was just heaven. Our villa was massive with plenty of space for everything. The pool is also very generously sized with sun loungers to enjoy some much-needed relaxation. The resort itself is very beautiful with views of the rice paddies and picturesque countryside everywhere you look. The resort restaurant is very well run and serves delicious food. Breakfast is not a buffet at is the norm at most Bali resorts. Instead, they serve a complimentary a la carte breakfast, which is very tasty. Puri Sebali is a boutique resort, very secluded and quiet. If you're looking for lots of entertainment and amenities close by this is not the resort for you. Access to shops and other attractions is all done by car - you can't walk anywhere quickly. The resort offers a regular shuttle bus to a nearby shopping strip with restaurants and cafes, which is about a 10-minute drive or you can walk for 30 minutes through the rice paddies. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back!

Beautiful setting and very friendly helpful staff. Enjoyed the walk to the rice terraces and the yoga session both of which are included. We loved the option of Indonesian breakfast and the chance to try Indonesian cakes. The shuttle service to Ubud was very useful

Nice atmosphere
Nice hotel with a great pool area and what a view. Be prepared for the insect noises and the other animals, we had a hard time sleeping the first nights because of some very loud frogs. But the staff provided us with earplugs. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had a spa treatment which was very nice. The hotel is not really in Ubud maybe 20-30 min out just so you know.

Very nice hotel about 20 mins from the centre of Ubud. The hotel free shuttle was great to get to the centre as there is nothing much near the hotel. They hotel is very quiet both in the day and at night so we didn’t really stay there that much. The hotel pool is the best bit about this hotel as it overlooks the rice fields. The hotel breakfast was ok but would be better if there was more choice on the menu.

Amazing and gorgeous hotel. Once in a lifetime view of the rice paddies every morning. Accommodation, food, spa and service are like that of five star hotel. Beautiful and peaceful. Quick free shuttle to cultural Ubud. Wonderful staff.

Wonderful hotel. Restaurant was great with nice food. Breakfast was great too. I ate 'healthy' choice everyday and it was so nice. Great view from hotel. I loved everything.

Superb Honeymoon Stay!
The staff were really amazing and friendly. Above all this the rooms were always treated in a very high clean condition. The room which we stayed in was a Suite and it was perfect to our fitting. Above all it was a very pleasant stay and would recommend others to enjoy their stay here at Puri Sebali too.

Nice Hotel
The hotel is nice! Staff is very accommodating! Breakfast included in the pay was a plus. View by the pool is okay. There was an issue with bugs in my room, they came in to spray bug spray which helped a lot!

The room (805) was amazing. The pool was very private and we loved the bathroom. It is huge! The breakfast was very well presented and delicious. We would recommend the hotel.

Beautiful resort in the most tranquil setting!
Absolute bliss. The resort itself is breathtakingly beautiful and set in the jungle with views of the rice terraces. The staff are friendly, polite and will always go above and beyond to help you and to ensure your stay is a great one. They have daily shuttles to central Ubud, daily rice terrace treks, and other free complimentary classes, as well as complimentary daily afternoon tea. The infinity pool was a dream, as it overlooked the rice terraces and was open 24/7! We were grateful for our upgrade when we got to the hotel, especially as this was the last leg of our Bali trip and we did just want to relax. So thank you Puri Sebali for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Tranquil resort overlooking rice paddies
We had the most amazing stay from the time we arrived to when we left. Friendly staff that go out of their way to do anything you ask. Great shuttle service back and forth from town saved on taxi fares. Complimentary activities each morning from yoga by the pool to rice paddy walks (literally through the rice paddies) Gorgeous food, clean rooms and to top it all off with views that will absolutely amaze you.
