We had an incredible experience from start to finish at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest smiles and positive energy from the staff. A special shoutout to Yan Nik, our first receptionist, who set the tone for our entire stay with her welcoming demeanor. Throughout our time at the hotel, every staff member we encountered was fantastic. Whether it was the housekeeping team, the restaurant staff, or the front desk, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The food was also an absolute highlight of our stay. We opted for a different starter and main course at every breakfast, and each dish was incredibly delicious. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings really impressed us. The friendliness, positivity, and amazing service made our stay memorable. I can't recommend Komaneka at Rasa Sayang enough.

Where do I begin! The amount this hotel provides for the price is unbelievable! Staff were so great, everyone knew our names, remembered the food and coffee drinks we likes, were always willing and able to help. Free breakfast was DELICIOUS, with a buffet, full menu and lattes available for free! Free daily yoga and we did a free class where they showed us how to make the traditional Bali Canang sari offerings. It is right in the town too and a short walk to all the restaurants and the monkey forest! We even walked to the yoga barn in 15-20 minutes. I can't say enough great things about Komaneka! It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. Oh yeah! They filled our bathtub with flowers in the shape of a heart!

Very friendly, helpful and nice smiley staff, great location right in the downtown area, many restaurants, shops by walking just out of the hotel, and very close to monkey forest too, great breakfast in the morning and dinner as well, they have tours and activities in the hotel.

We stayed 10 days in the rooftop villa and had a most pleasurable stay. The staff was excellent, friendly and went out of their way to create a pleasant stay. Lovely hotel
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious; a nice touch is the fresh fruit and jar filled with delicious chocolate chip cookies provided. The breakfast buffet is small but well prepared and with enough variety to suit different tastes. The staff is also very nice and helpful. My only criticism is that the rooms have only one outlet if you need to recharge your electronics, which means that if you are sharing your room, you'll have to share the outlet. The hotel is conveniently located along a major road, right by many restaurants as well as a couple of convenience stores and several money changers within walking distance. I'd happily stay here again if I'm in Ubud in thr future.

The staff were amazingly friendly, I felt very taken care of here as a solo traveler - authentic smiles all the time. Booked a rooftop suite and enjoyed the monkey visits in the morning - great videos to send back home! Pool was very cold, lounge area small but sufficient. Breakfast offerings were very good and no additional charge for specialty latte or cappuccino! Enjoyed a massage with a flower bath - wow! Never felt so luxurious, special memory I’ll have forever. Monkey forest is 10 min walk down the hill - worth a visit and it’s nicely shaded. This was my first but not my last to ubud - nice change change in scenery from uluwatu.

Komaneka is an oasis in the middle of bustling Ubud. Stepping into the entrance off the Main Street brought a sense of calm. Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming but not interfering . They remember you as you walk by. One front staff member went out of his way to make sure our transportation was set-up correctly and we were not being double charged for. It just demonstrates the extra effort they go to.

Central location yet surprisingly quiet inside resort. Lovely pool and breakfast area amongst forest. We enjoyed watching the monkeys playing in the surrounding trees whilst having breakfast. Attentative and helpful staff, good clean spacious rooms. Overall a positive experience for a 4 star hotel.

Very good location that is convenient and has easy access to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Walkable distance to The Monkey Forest and the Ubud palace. Plenty of places you can explore around the area just by walking, which is a great thing because traffic in Ubud is pretty bad. Staff is overall very helpful and accommodating, though I’ve experienced a friendlier atmosphere elsewhere. Our rooms were very clean and fresh, but other areas in the hotel were undergoing some repairs/renovations.

This hotel was great! The rooms are spacious, comfy and beautiful. The free cookies are a nice touch! The hotel is in a great location - central but also set back from the road, so also quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room service is tasty and reasonably priced - a great option after a day of running around trying to see everything :) The pool was nice too. I honestly can’t think of a bad thing to say… it was exactly what we wanted to be able to relax after a long trip. And we could see the monkeys from our balcony too! I definitely hope to be back next time we are in that part of the world :)

We loved the hotel. The room feels new and kept very well, the bathroom was incredible. Aircon could have been better but good enough, there is not shallow area in the pool so small kids can't really play there on their own. The place is well located with resturants, cafes and shops nearby.

My stay at Komaneka at Rasa Sayang was truly incredible. The property is surrounded by the rainforest and is a tropical paradise set slightly back from a main road. You get the best of both worlds - absolute peace and tranquility inside the resort and yet a stones throw from all of the best restaurants and shops in Ubud. The staff were incredible and the room was truly stunning. I stayed here for a week and it was not long enough. Five star experience from my perspective having stayed in numerous 5-star resorts worldwide. Loved every minute of it and can’t thank management enough for the care and help throughout my stay in Ubud.

Well located for exploring central Ubud
As traffic is generally heavy in central Ubud, its central location helps. Rooms were huge and clean and the bathroom is excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good.
