"This was such a beautiful property and one of the cleanest, most well appointed rental houses we've ever stayed in! The waterfront access was an absolute joy, and the kids were able to play in the river right off the back yard. We spent hours just playing in the yard and the river (and took full advantage of the canoe and kayaks provided by our hosts). The house itself had everything we needed, was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had every amenity we could hope for (even sharp knives in the kitchen!). A great area, and a fantastic house. Thank you!"

"This isn't a luxury room in the sense of being new/updated with a lot of space. The main area is dated, but it has everything you need and an updated bath area and it's a great location if you are in Wilmington for something. We were there for the Whiteface uphill bike race. Meg seemed available to help although we didn't need anything."
