"The cabin was clean and neat. It does need some updating. It is under new ownership and they are hoping to do that. Beds were comfortable. We only stayed overnight so it was fine for our needs . It was easy to reach owners by text with any questions we had and they were very prompt in returning texts . They were pleasant and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay "

"What a beautiful house! Honestly it was hard to believe that the view and surroundings could be as gorgeous as these photos, but I was speechless when I first drove up to the property, and was mesmerized by the mountains for our entire visit. The hot tub was glorious, the kitchen was great and big, making it easy for cooking and hanging out. We were looking for a place for 10 people, 3 couples and 4 single people. and this definitely felt small for that. 2 couples and 4 single people work, but there's just not a lot of floor space for other mattresses even if you bring one. But we made it work! But all the beds including the extra mattresses were very comfortable.Thank you for such a great experience! "

"Megan is amazing. The place is very clean and the bed very conformable which are the most important things to me. The rental is exactly as it apears on the website. Wilmington is a cute little town with an wonderful Italian restaurant a small grocery and a small liquior store. There gas price was the best in the ADK. There are beautiful hikes trails and places to bike. We did a ride around Lake Fern which you can ride to from the rental. Absolutely a outstanding ride. We had a great time and a great host . "

"Had a wonderful stay with family for end of summer trip. Everyone absolutely LOVED the home, no complaints. It was clean, all kitchen essentials provided, daughter loved eating outdoors and making s’mores on the firepit. So many outdoor activities nearby, including fishing, hiking and canoe rentals. Overall 10/10, will definitely be returning! "
