"Really great Hotel, I’m not sure why it doesn’t have better reviews, it’s right on the Main St., Duval, that’s where everyone hangs out and all the bars are and it’s only five blocks from the main square tourist area, where everyone goes for sunset, Mallory Square, I guess if there’s a complaint, it’s that so much is going on, you hear music all night, but it’s just depends if you want to be the person who stays in Times Square where all the action is or the person who stays a mile away from Times Square where it’s quiet"

"A large clean room. Perfect location right in the middle section of Duval Street. We did appreciate the breakfast right there in the cabana in the courtyard. The grounds are impressively landscaped and maintained constantly. We had an issue with the AC unit cycling on and off every few minutes. Turns out, when we asked about it, that the mode was set wrong. After fixing that, the AC stayed on which was less disruptive."
