"We arrived around 5pm and they were ready for us. We were shown to a virtually new room in a block in the hotel grounds. Our bed was extremely comfortable and there was a brand new tv and new furniture. The room was warm and tended to by the hotel staff each day. Everything worked as it should and there was no noise to interrupt our sleep. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was served hot and well prepared. All in all, there was nothing to complain about. We will use The Coach House again when we visit family in Wrentham which is within a convenient distance by car (15 minutes). There were many returning guests at the hotel, which says a lot about how nice it is. Thanks to the staff and management for making our stay a success, well done *****."

"Just back from a 2 night stay to visit family. All I can say is WOW! We absolutely loved the house. From the outside it looks small but you get inside and it is light and spacious. The main bedroom was a big talking point with the space saving stairs! It just added to the whole character of the house.We enjoyed a lovely meal at the ship pub down the road and a walk to the beach.We will certainly be booking again next year!"

"4 night stay was fantastic. Perfect for a group whose ages ranged from 12 to 84!Tranquility of the farm was perfect. Day trips to Southwold, Norwich, Beccles and Aldeburgh all under an hour away.Fire pit at the property was a lovely touch. Along with fire starting help and free fire wood!It is a great place to spend a restful few days. You do need a car as the only drawback is that isn't a walkable pub! But there is beer at the honesty shop."
"An amazing chalet loved it!! Well kitted out and must say washing machine was a godsend. Ideally situated for exploring the local area. The place was such gem of a find for us just whst we needed to chill. Its a quiet site with an onsite pub/restaurant and swimming pool but more pubs and loads of restaurants are within walking distance of the site. Lovely walks to Carlton Marshes reserve spotting dear hares and a multitude of birds worth a look"

"The property was conveniently placed to walk to the local beach, which was quiet and vast. There is a small camp site shop and chippy in the opposite fields, with other larger shops within a short drive. We managed to park both cars out the front, but the rear space was quite tight for larger vehicles. Overall, a good stay and not far from the local attractions. Thanks"
