"Had a great time in The Little House, perfect location for me and my dog. The sandy/grassy area before the beach is perfect for an active canine, and beyond the beach stretches as far as the eye can see in either direction. I did think the accommodation had wifi (an oversight on my part), but that wasn't a big problem. Great TV with Freeview - tho there is a knack to getting the handset the work - you need to know where to aim it! If I went again I would take a head torch and my dog's flashing collar as the site, promenade and beach are very dark after the sun sets."

"We had a brilliant New Year break at Mill Villa. Its location is perfect if you love a quick walk to the beach. Food shops are within a few minutes walk, which was perfect for us. Some really good pubs within walking distance too. The house itself was great, really comfy beds, two great reception rooms one with a darts board and pool table, which were great fun. Great size kitchen, which was perfect for a good dance on NYE. One of the shower rooms is downstairs and the shower is quite small, it didn’t bother us in the least.The Welcome Pack from Sarah was very generous and very much appreciated. We loved it."

"Excellent location but note that New Lane has no sign off the main road. Ideally, one needs "what three words" address for exact location.Very quiet and peaceful. Furnishings and bed very comfortable. Kitchen area adequately equipped apart from a lack of glasses suitable for beer or short drinks.Good bus service from the main road for Norwich and Lowestoft.Ideal getaway for two people. We are definitely planning to return."
