"Had a very nice 2-night stay at Loch Long Hotel with my daughter and grandson. On arrival the reception area is very bright, modern and welcoming. The man on reception is extremely polite. After reading some really negative reviews I wasn't expecting much but was more than pleasantly surprised by how nice it actually is. We stayed in the family room, which is small but adequately eqipped with a double and single bed and bath. The room was lovely and warm,bedding was very clean and the hot water was perfect. Plenty tea/coffee and toiletries. I used the free hot tub and sauna which was fantastic. The food was superb at each meal for all three of us. Considering that this is a budget hotel with a budget price it gave excellent value for money. Entertainment in the lounge was also excellent. We will definitely return here "

"This is a fantastic location to stay. The falls are stunning and the Inn couldn’t be in a better location. We could see them from our triple room despite it being the last room in the corridor. The room was clean, cosy and had everything needed. The staff were great. We ate dinner here at the restaurant and it was fantastic. Highly recommend the Scottish tapas, which is enough as a main dish despite being on the starter menu. The breakfast was also extremely good; large portions of traditional Scots food with the usual toast and cereal if preferred. Highly recommend this charming Scottish Inn. "
