Located just a few miles from Tyler, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer. This enchanting property features 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 twin bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. Whether lounging on the pier, catching fish in the lake, or relaxing in a hammock and stargazing is your favorite way to unwind, this home has it all. It offers modern amenities, comfortable living spaces, games, outdoor grill, patio, and so much more. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

This nature lovers get a way is on a cul de sac and will offer you a peaceful and quiet stay. Watching the birds, ducks, and turtles is one of our favorite things to do. It's a short drive to shopping, restaurants, universities and hospitals making it conveniently located.

Fishing from the pier and shoreline are permitted. It is catch and release. No boats, kayaking, paddle boards allowed. Swimming is permitted. No Diving from pier!! Life jackets are available.

What a beautiful home! The outdoor space right on a small private lake is unmatched. The home is adorable and so wonderfully styled. The host Julie is so kind and informative! Can’t say enough wonderful things!

Julie’s communications were thorough and helpful. Instructions were clear. The property was exactly as shown in pictures: beautiful, clean, well-stocked. The house is truly lovely— clearly great care has gone into the decorative touches and the space was great for us (4 friends in our 50s).
