"We’ve stayed at some pretty nice vacation houses, but this place takes the cake. It’s set right on the border of Joshua Tree National Park, with no close neighbors and our back yard looks like a park itself. I basically chose this location after seeing the pictures of the pool surrounded by massive rocks. The owner Dale gave us a great tour when we arrived showing us all the history, artwork and personal artifacts that decorate the house. Definitely not your average white washed vacation rental. He really put his heart and soul into this place. Every room is full of character, painted in tones of orange and plum with baroque decor. Definitely the perfect place to relax and recharge."

"The staff is great very helpful the rooms are clean there is a restauraunt but we didnt try it the only thing that would be better is if they had brkfast but honestly this is a nice place i would totally stay here again there is also a coffee shop just across the way but we didnt try it either "

"The receptionist of front desk was kind and professional. I liked the large visible hotel banner sign which is standing out at night much more. Your " continental breakfast" was under the expectation. At list, boiled eggs could be included."
