"Perfect choice for all ages and group sizes. It's everything you need for a Universal vacation. Amenities were excellent, we neer had to wait for a shuttle to the Parks, we had early park admission with our stay, staff were friendly and welcoming, Starbucks staff were great and wait for food/drinks was minimal. Check in was easy and very welcoming even at 1 a.m.! Only down side is that breakfast is not included. We will be back for sure! "

"I had a few concerns with communication at the resort. First, we were not notified of the waterslides being shut down until the day of getting there. It was quite the shock since this is why we booked at this location. Second, my daughters husband sent flowers and chocolates for mother's day and the front desk lost them. I finally started getting text message communications on the last day we were there about events and what was happening. I would stay again if the slides were open and if I didn't get any deliveries. "

"Great property and location. About a 20 minute drive to Universal and 10 minutes to Disney Springs. Facility is well kept. The arrival and departure were smooth. Complementary breakfast will hold you down an early morning activities. "

"Once through check in and room available the whole experience and quality of our stay was outstanding. Room was fully equipped with everything needed. Home from home experience. Check in could be speeded up with using just one person instead of being sent to different personnel for room & car pass "

"Literally everything is wonderful and onsite you literally don’t have to leave the resort the movie theatre is in the resort the show room where the karaoke is and shows are is on the property the water parks are phenomenal there are 2 of them the pools are great hot tubs , the rooms are wonderful and there are a lot of things around maybe 1-2 miles off the property as in dollar tree chick fil a Wendy’s McDonald’s mini golf Duncan donuts Walmart and many more stores it is phenomenal please choose them you won’t be disappointed and there are plenty of eatery in the resort also and not expensive I absolutely will be returning"
