Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The villa was in a perfect location from everything. The views were amazing and we loved being on the ground floor for its convenience. The villa was large and comfortable.i am very clean and noticed the wooden bed frame was dusty. The rug by the desk was completely worn out and frayed at the ends and could cause someone to trip. The outdoor wooden furniture was worn out but comfortable. The little wooden table was breaking,I would definitely stay in this villa again."

This condo is a 10 minute walk to the Ritz and the beach! Highly recommend! It’s clean, quiet, much better than a hotel room! Loved having a washer/dryer! Remote check-in went without a hitch. The place is clean and beautiful."

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a 2-night stay at this oceanfront Villa and were so impressed and pleased by location, size, and amenities. Perfect for 2 people.Pros: Wonderful ocean front view, grounds are lovely and well maintained, staff all friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed & excellent sheets, towels, laundry supplies. The fridge is small, but worked fine for us. The unit's finishes are high end & decor tasteful. Having a full size tub and a separate WC in the spacious bathroom was great, as was the walk-in closet. The Ritz right next door with several restaurant & spa options made it very convenient. Wish we'd known the Ritz has a great little market too! Cons: The lanai cushions all had mildew spots (it's very humid in HI) and I found long hairs on our pillowcases upon check-in, so can't give a full 5 stars for cleanliness. Housekeeping replaced pillows immediately. Verdict: Would definitely return and choose a similar unit or several units if traveling with additional people. Didn't open the beach locker at all due to rough surf conditions after a storm. The rental agency had the most detailed list of rules I've ever seen for a rental property, but they also provided information about everything you might need & we had a good experience overall. "
