"The location of the property was lovely, close to the beach and the Mogo MTB trails. But there was a horrible sewerage smell in the house, the bathroom was poorly maintained and the coffee mugs and plates were in the cupboards dirty. When we mentioned it to reception all we got was "oh, we will get someone to sort that out", Not even an apology."
