"The resort has so much potential. Our ocean front room in building 4 was spectacular. Building 4 had a private breakfast nook, hot tub, bar on floor 5 as well as a bar restaurant on floor 6. The room had a full kitchen which helped to offset the resort food. The included breakfast was a joke and didn’t offer protein. They offered a credit but we never saw it come off the bill. Unfortunately, that is where the resorts starts to struggle. We chose to eat at the resort nextdoor for lunch because the food was not that good at ours. You do not have many dining options at the resort. The onsite dinner is only a 3 course meal. Perhaps the biggest disappointment was the friendliness of the staff. Not everyone fell into this category, however the day time restaurant staff was not friendly. The beach attendants bringing drinks were not friendly. Compared to other resorts on the island we were very disappointed. The resort is very relaxing and has so much potential. The grounds are well maintained. Chairs are so close to the water which was perfect. They need to fix the food options as well as the staff’s attitude. "

"What an incredible gem! We had an amazing trip. Seascape is a brand-new development with all the best amenities. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we particularly enjoyed chatting with Maria, Ann, Daniel, and Brad. The property was immaculately clean, and we stayed in Townhouse 13, which was simply perfect. The house was spotless, with no bugs, and it offered everything we could want in terms of amenities and support. It was an amazing place, and we’re already eager to book our next trip. We can’t wait to return again and again. Thank you so much for making our trip such an incredible experience. "

"Great location in Grace Bay. We were able to walk to the majority of places we wanted. Nice section of chairs on the beach as well. The staff was helpful with calling taxis and the room was clean. While the rooms have recently been updated. Please understand this is not a luxury property. Water in the shower is warm, not hot. The bed is very firm. Door to our room was questionable- sometimes took several tries to get the lock to catch. The security of the in room safe is also questionable (nothing was stolen). Overall if location and price are most important to you, this place is great. If you’re looking for more comfort and amenities and able to increase your budget maybe consider other options. "

"Rooms are clean, haven’t been updated in a while. Grounds are beautiful. Ocean was spectacular. Front desk staff were annoyed when asking about late checkout and when checking out. Housecleaning didn’t come until we were getting ready for dinner most days so we only had the room cleaned once. Overall wonderful trip. "

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious resort with no overcrowding. Plenty of activities and great dining options. Beautiful section of beach with an ample supply of loungers. Do note that the beds are very firm!"
