I found out, without planning on it, that the hotel has excellent access to the local train network. A station is only 5 minutes walk away, which then provides great access to the airport or to other trains across the country! That was very nice for us!

Great family 2 bedroom hotel apartments however the balcony room option isnt that great as it is small and overlooked by other rooms. Ideal location to the airport and comes with free parking and ok breakfast.

The property had all facilities required for a comfortable stay. Staff and breakfast was amazing and great facilities within the apartment annd very convenient for travel to the airport. The only negative point would be it was difficult to find.

It was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The staff were very approachable and always ready to assist. Unfortunately, the laundry facilities were inconveniently situated and not really clean.

We stayed here to be close to the Turin airport and took a taxi into town to explore the city. It is a nice, clean and convenient hotel with very kind and helpful staff.

Good hotel to visit Turin
Ideally located just one cheap train ride from Torino Porta Susa station, this hotel was ideal for us. Safe parking for our motorcycle, super friendly staff. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast wasn't great but otherwise we enjoyed it.

Nice hotel, procedures can be improved
A pleasant one-night stay, with just minor inconveniences: the hotel has parking spots with e-vehicle charging stations (which is the reason we chose it), but in order to plug or unplug your car you have to make a trip across the floor to the reception to pick up a special card. It would be better to find a more straightforward way, with the popularity of electric cars growing. At the check-in, they make you wait a long time while they enter all your ID details into the computer system, and then they proceed with making a photocopy of your IDs for their records. Couldn’t you make the copy first, let us go, and then enter the details from the copy?

Decent stay
The rooms are part of a modern residential complex. The structure is rather well kept. During check-in, we had to wait around 30mins for the room cards because there was a technical issue. We missed breakfast due to an early flight the following day. Room was tidy and bed was comfortable. On the whole, it was a decent stay.

Non é contemplata la possibilità di avere acqua minerale o altro in camera. C'è un distributore di acqua di rete, filtrata, al piano. Possibile farsi un the "complimentary" in stanza con quest"acqua. Presenza di un "salottino" davanti alla porta delle camere con gente che parla a voce altissima anche all'una del mattino. Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo.

Stanza pulita, ma l ambiente esterno non mi dava quella sensazione di pulito. Buffet davvero molto completo e abbondante. Altra pecca al check in, c'era inclusa con la bottiglia, ma peccato che ci danno la bottiglia dove varie sollecitudini e me ne danno una a caso che avevano nel frigo, senza calici...diciamo che se ci devo ritornare , proprio no. Mi dispaice

Wir fanden es schlecht.
Wir können nur davon abraten, hier einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Vorherige Kommunikation wird ignoriert, man erhält keine Antworten. Entsprechend hatten wir laute Zimmer, ein Zimmer ohne W Lan und ein Zimmer mit zweimaligem Stromausfall. Das Personal ist freundlich, aber Servicebereitschaft sieht anders aus. Die Umgebung ist ziemlich schrecklich, in die Innenstadt braucht man mehr als 30 min. Schlaf findet man kaum, da es sehr hellhörig ist und Schallschutz komplett fehlt. Wir zahlen das nächste Mal gern mehr und nehmen ein sympathisches und in der Innenstadt liegendes Hotel.

Maleducazione di alcuni addetti al primo posto. In sintesi, sono €9,50 al giorno per la colazione, ma questo non ci è stato spiegato, noi al Check In abbiamo richiesto l aggiunta della colazione, per la nostra permanenza. L’addetta ci ha aggiunto un solo giorno, ma noi non ci siamo accorti.Il primo giorno siamo scesi abbiamo fatto colazione ed è andato tutto ok, il secondo giorno non volevano farci accedere perchè non avevamo pagato, e poteva essere spiegato tutto tranquillamente, invece sono stati arroganti, come se la colpa fosse nostra che non li abbiamo avvisati del giorno in più😅 toni di voce alti davanti altri clienti, facendoci sentire veramente dei ragazzini. Quando semplicemente bastava scusarsi per l’incomprensione, avremmo pagato e tutto filava liscio. Invece una storia infinita, e ci siamo sentiti due incompetenti. Questa è MALEDUCAZIONE. Mai più, peccato perchè il resto era ok.

Camere abbastanza spaziose. Personale amichevole. Pecatto che abbiamo dovuto chiamare diverse volte la reception in quanto era in corso una festa nel mezzo della notte nei corridoi dell'hotel, con tanto di schiamazzi e palloncini esplosi. Senza festa sarebbe anche passabile per una notte.

Buona soluzione per visitare la città. Un po' distante dal centro storico ma il problema è ovviabile tramite mezzi e car Sharing. Abbiamo soggiornato in tre per tre notti. L'hotel è pulito, confortevole e dotato di tutti i principali comfort. Ho apprezzato molto la possibilità di deposito bagagli al check in e al check out. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile. Bellissimo il cortile esterno adiacente al supermercato. Utilissimo il bar interno aperto h24
