"Nice, modern hotel in a great location. Rooms are smallish, but efficient and comfortable. The spa consists of a hot soaking pool and dry sauna, and a fitness area would be a useful improvement, but it was a nice place to relax after a day of touring. Breakfast is excellent, and we were happy to have this as a “home base” for our Reykjavik centered vacation."

"The hotel is ok, location is a bit off the beaten path probably an additional ten minute walk from the centre of things but honestly my problem is the staff. The first few days we were there there was a middle aged women at the desk and you could tell she hated her job she was rude and short with everything that was asked. I wouldn’t stay there again based on her attitude and demeaner, I want someone happy I’m spending my money with them and to help me feel welcome and enjoy my vacation."

"Apartment was really nice. Had one little issue with check in. Wanted to check in early and pay the fee but the previous guests had not left yet. No problem. Came back hours later and was told that it was clean and ready but they were waiting for the final check. Was told I would get a text when it was ready. Never got a text but did get an email at the normal check in time. Elevator is a little noisy and could hear it in our bedroom. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again."
