"Very clean, modern and well- maintained. Room just large enough, but not huge. Near nil amenities and very basic breakfast. 20 minute walk to downtown, but more than half of that walk through the main shopping street, so convenient location."

"Great location!! It’s about 5minute walk from the main shopping area (Laugavegur). There’s no staff on site for check in but a clear detailed instruction was provided. It was easy, The common areas such as the lobby and kitchen were minimalist and modern design. No airconditioning as it’s common in Europe. Opening the window was adequate and made the room cool and comfortable. The private bathroom has a stand in shower similar to the cruise ships.The PAVI Guesthouse is a good place to stay in...

"Great location. Some issues. Sink in bathroom clogged. No shampoo or conditioner. No bedding for sofa bed. Water smells of sulpher. I have been to Iceland 3 times and never had this. Towels were lousy. No paper towels. No coffee maker. A french press which was half broken"

"Being in the middle of the city it’s hard to find parking, but this place had parking right next to the building. Very nice place to stay."
