"It was a nice hotel."

"WiFi advertised but not provided... Service in public areas, but WiFi was out of range in our room and management was aware of it for our room and at least one other. A maintenance person confirmed no wifi on first day and said they would work on getting it fixed by moving a router, but through 4 nights of stay, there was no wifi for us."

"Worst hotel experience in my life. When I walked in the lobby there were two cats loudly meowing behind the counter. There were two other families in front of me waiting for their rooms. A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double Queen I had paid for. He then made another call and finally told the 3 of us remaining that there were no rooms left. All of us had paid reservations. It was 11pm at this point. He offered me a single King handicapped room which we had no choice but to accept and offered no refund. He had no explanation, offered no apologies and just kept repeating 'I just work here'. The hotel was absolutely filthy - dirty towels scattered in the hallway and the laundry room that was wide open left us questioning if any of our towels or sheets were clean. NEVER AGAIN. "

"For us the toilet was very low but they provided an extender so ask if you need one. Bed was very comfortable"

"Horrible experience. The sheets in our room were brown and visibly stained. When we requested clean ones, the replacements were also stained—with what appeared to be blood and other marks. There was a hole in the wall beneath the shower head, and the flooring was in very poor condition. The front desk staff were also disappointing. One employee appeared unprofessional. One with no bra on and another became noticeably irritated each time I showed them pictures of the bedding and asked for clean bedding. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were far below acceptable standards. I would not stay here again."

"This is my third time staying at the property. Everybody is fantastic from the night clerk to the woman making coffee in the mornings. Housekeeping is great. Rooms are clean and I love the showers."
