"The property looks brand new, even though it's a few years old, they have maintained the property very well. The staff is very professional and courteous. Even the maintenance crew, led by Willie, were very friendly and diligent in their duties.. rooms are very spacious and well laid out, Can easily sleep a family of six. The breakfast staff also did a great job and have a very nice variety of offerings. Right in the middle of everything, North Conway and the White Mountains have to offer. Will definitely stay here again when in the area!"

"We liked our stay so much that we extended our 4 nights to 5. The staff were great, very nice & accommodating , the pool area was amazing, and so was our suite, it was stocked with everything you could need. The only thing I thought the room was missing was some chairs out on the porch, but overall a great vacation, will definitely be back."

"The desk staff at checking were incompetent. My card was charged 4 times for "incidentals". I had to deal with the bank & the preauthorized charges won't be removed until 5/3. I will be on top of it & there will be hell to pay if they don't disappear."

"Could not get the shower to work or contact anyone on duty. Directions should be posted in each room."

"I was very unfortunate to be placed in a room infested with bed bugs. My entire family was bitten and we had to put our clothes and luggage in trash bags. On the bright side, the outlets were close-by so we were able to buy new clothes. The staff was nice and the breakfast was good but even if you pay me I will not go back due to the infestation."
