Stayed one night for an early flight. Super close to the airport and they organized taxi for early pickup. Would stay here again if I needed proximity to the airport.

The staff are amazing. Nothing was any problem. Took me to atm machine, to nearest mall, quite a walk away, off to buy another suitcase and drop off to airport (only 10 mins away)courtesy car. Twin, king single very comfy beds and good size room, with full breakfast, including Indonesian selection. Very reasonably priced. Plan to go back there next year

Staff is very helpful.. we had different room booked but that room was in dark area they changed immediately.. food was amazing too but unfortunately not much option for vegetarian people .. if u need anything just talk to Vishnu.. we asked him to stay back later check out time he gave us extra 4-5 hours without extra charge .. nice view friendly staff what else u need ..

Beautiful lobby and great breakfast buffet. The bellman who picked us up from the airport was so kind and helpful. Our room wasnt so clean though. My bed sheets were dirty and the bath towels are old. The shower doesn’t have a holder to put your body wash, shampoo, etc... We only stayed for one night so I didnt complain. all of the staff are great here though.

I was sleeping and woke up to bed bugs on the bed in my hotel room. The management lied and said it was their first time to encounter such problem when someone had already written a review about having bed bugs in their room as well. Did not offer a refund but rather a massage ind return for bed bug bites. I declined. This is by far the WORST hotel I've ever been to. Don't book here.

The pool is an amazing oasis; perfect relaxation place. Rooms need an upgrade on their furniture, although for the price it was good. A/C is not as cold as it should be. Breakfast is ok. Service is excellent. Very nice people and willing to assist you. Thank you! I had an incredible experience in Bali.

I get annoyed to see the little notices in hotels stating they care about the environment and the amount of detergents used daily. What a joke .. its to save them $$. If they cared about the environment they would have water filling stations and bulk dispensers in rooms and quit the use of single use plastic items.

Millipede and stains in the bathroom
The pick up at the airport was a great deal. The nice driver was waiting for a couple of hours due to long queue and slow service at Immigration (as it happens always in Bali airport as they said). One of the front desk guy is nice and can communicate in English, while the others are nosy and loud as they are speaking in their language. The hotel recreational facility like pool table is not free, you have to pay per hour if you wanna play billiard. The room is spacious but the bathroom is not clean, there were stains on the floor and bathroom door wood frame had fluid oozing due to a rotten wood. A millipede was crawling up my husband's leg. And hotel's buffet breakfast really sucks.

You get what you pay for.. So it’s budget accommodation close to the airport so you can’t fault that however we found the check in process wasn’t smooth even though I had messaged the hotel earlier in the week saying we would be arriving earlier and leaving the same day. They offer a transit room cheaper but we paid for an overnight stay in a deluxe room. We had a reply from the hotel saying that would be fine and to confirm the shuttle needed for the airport so we assumed it would be ok. When we arrived at the hotel the room wasn’t ready and she told me checkin wouldn’t be until later. They made us wait in lobby for 30 minutes. The room was pretty basic and the bathroom wasn’t overly clean. We also had lunch at the restaurant and waited a long time for our food considering we were the only ones there and not once were we asked if we wanted another drink. The staff were busy setting up for evening buffet. We wouldn’t stay here again but hey, You get what you pay for!
